Preheat your waffle iron.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Large Eggs (2), Whole Milk (3/4 cup), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch) until well combined.

Dip each slice of Brioche (4 slices) into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly. Let any excess mixture drip off.

Lightly spray the waffle iron with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed). Place a piece of coated brioche onto the waffle iron and close the lid, pressing gently to ensure the waffle iron imprints on the bread.

Cook until golden brown and crisp, about 3–5 minutes, depending on your waffle iron. Repeat with remaining slices.
