step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb). Cook the beef, breakinging it up with a spatula until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes.
step 2
Add the Yellow Onion (1), Carrot (1), Celery (1 rib), and Garlic (4 cloves). Continue cooking until the mixture begins to simmer. Season liberally with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and add the Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Tomato Paste (1 1/2 Tbsp) and stir to combine.
step 3
Add the Red Wine (1/2 cup), Beef Stock (1/2 cup), Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs), and Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs). Bring the mixture back to a simmer and add the Frozen Green Peas (1/2 cup). Cook until the liquid reduces by half, about 20 minutes.
