Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet, heat up oil and cook 8-Inch Flour Tortillas (8) for 4-5 minutes, flipping frequently until golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining oil and tortillas. Set aside.

Spread about 1/4 cup of Refried Beans (1 cup) on each tortilla and top with an even layer of the shredded Chicken Breast (1 lb) chicken and spoon over some of the Nacho Cheese (1/2 cup) sauce.

Place another tortilla on top of the meat and sprinkle with the Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup) cheese. Top with the diced Tomato (1/2 cup) and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
