Combine all dry mix ingredients in a large bowl (All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Cornmeal (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (sponsored) (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Finely Ground Black Pepper (as needed)). Store dry mix in a jar with a lid in a dry place until ready to use.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 4 of the muffin cups with muffin liners.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Egg (1), Buttermilk (1/3 cup), Cheddar Cheese (4 Tbsp), and Butter (1 Tbsp).

Add ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon of the prepared dry mixture to the egg mixture. Stir until just combined.

Fold in your favorite optional breakfast ingredients, such as Scallions (to taste), Deli Ham (to taste), Bacon (to taste) and/or Assorted Color Bell Peppers (to taste)
