Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Make toppings: Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add Grapeseed Oil (4 Tbsp).

Add the Lamb Tongue (1/2 cup) and Red Bell Pepper (1), seasoning with Salt (1 Tbsp), and sauté.

Remove from the pan and set aside. Leave any lamb fat in the pan.

Using the same pan, add Button Mushrooms (4) and Yellow Bell Pepper (1).

Season with salt, cooked until soft and set aside.

Brussels sprouts: Blanch the Brussels Sprouts (2) in boiling Water (2 cups) with Salt (4 Tbsp) for 2 minutes then remove and immediately place in ice Water (as needed) to shock.

Remove from the ice bath and pat dry. Set aside.

Spicy sauce: In a mixing bowl. whip the Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp), Mayonnaise (1/3 cup), and Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp) together until smooth. Season with Salt (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) to taste.

Make the pizza: Roll out the Fresh Pizza Dough (1) onto a thin circle.

Spread the spicy sauce on top, leaving enough space for the crust around the edge.
