For the aioli: In a blender, blend the Eggs (4) yolks with the Dijon Mustard (1 tsp), Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1/2 cup), and Lemon (1) juice and zest together.

Slowly drizzle in the Grapeseed Oil (1 cup) until thick and emulsified.

Season with Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Hot Sauce (1 tsp) to taste.

For the fried beans: combine the Tempura Mix (1/2 cup) and Water (1 1/2 cups) to create a batter.

Heat a pan with oil to 350 degrees.

Dip the Green Beans (1 handful) in the batter and fry until crispy and golden.

Remove from the pan and set aside.

For the burger: Put a grill pan over a high heat and allow it to get extremely hot.

Season the Beef Patties (2) with Salt (1 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) and roll into 2 balls.

Place the balls into the hot grill pan and smash to create thin, flat patties.

Cook for 1 ½ minutes before flipping over to sear the other side.

Top each patty with a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese (2 slices) until melted and remove from heat.

For the onions: Toss sliced Red Onion (1/2) with Olive Oil (1 tsp).

Place the sliced onions on the hot grill pan and cook until caramelized.

Cook the egg: Add Butter (1 tsp) to a pan and when melted, crack the Egg (1) directly into the pan.

Fry until the egg white is fully cooked, and the yolk is still runny.

Toast the bun: Slice the Brioche Hamburger Bun (1) in half and gently toast in a hot pan.

To assemble: Spread aioli on the bottom of the toasted brioche bun before placing the 2 smashed patties on top of one another.

Top with caramelized onion and the fried egg. Lean the top of the brioche burger bun against the burger and serve with aioli dip and fried green beans.
