Prepare the meatballs: In a large skillet over medium heat, add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Onion (1) and Garlic (2 cloves) Season with Dried Chili Pepper (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (1 pinch) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) and cook until the onions begin to caramelize. Remove the mixture to a large mixing bowl along with the Breadcrumbs (1 cup) and Milk (3 Tbsp) and stir to combine. Add the Ground Beef (1 lb) and mix until combined then divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape the portions into balls and place on a plate to refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.

Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the remaining Olive Oil (2 Tbsp). Place the meatballs in a single layer and cook until the meatballs begin to brown and crisp, flip and continue cooking until browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the heat and set aside while you make the salsa.

Make the salsa: In a large mixing bowl combine the Tomatoes (3), Red Onion (1), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), White Wine Vinegar (1 tsp), and pinch of Cane Sugar (1 pinch).

Place the meatballs on the toasted Hoagie Rolls (2) and top with Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (2). Place under the broiler to melt the cheese and finish by spooning the salsa over the top.
