Soft boiled eggs: In a small pot, bring Water (2 cups) to a boil with a teaspoon of Distilled White Vinegar (1 tsp).

When water comes to a boil, gently lower Eggs (2) in the pot and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Remove and run under cold water. When cooled, peel the eggs.

Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat the Sesame Oil (2 tsp) over medium heat. Add in the 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) and cook until golden brown and crispy. Add in the tahini or Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Scallion (1 bunch) whites, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp), and Chili Oil (1 tsp) and cook until fragrant.

Cook the noodles: In boiling water add the Instant Noodles (1 packet) When cooked, drain and add noodles to the ground beef along with the Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups).

Toss to coat completely.

Serve the stir-fry topped with a soft-boiled egg, Toasted White Sesame Seeds (2 tsp), Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup), scallion greens, and Chili Oil (to taste).
