Preheat your oven to 400℉.

Cook the apples: In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat add the Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp). Once melted, add in the Green Apples (4) and cook until softened.

Add in the Orange (1) zest and juice, Kosher Salt (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Ground Cloves (1/2 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp).

Remove from the heat and add the Fresh Cranberry (1/2 cup).

In a large mixing bowl combine the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Brown Sugar (1 cup), and Unsalted Butter (1 cup) and use your fingertips to bring the mixture together until it resembles coarse sand.

Sprinkle the oat topping over the apples and bake until the top is crispy and the apples are caramelized, about 15 minutes.

Make whipped cream: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) and whisk until soft peaks form. Alternatively you can using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment to make whipped cream.

Serve the cobbler with a dollop of whipped cream.
