Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, mix together Yellow Onion (1/2), Green Cabbage (1/2), Corned Beef Lunch Meat (1/2 can), Frozen Peas and Carrots (2 cups), Cream of Celery Soup (1 can), Milk (1 1/2 cups), Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Dijon Mustard (2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
