Cooking Instructions

Season the Sirloin Steak (1 lb) with Paprika (1/2 tsp).

Heat the Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and Onion (1/2), and cook until the beef is well browned about 4-5 minutes.

Pour off any fat. Stir in the Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can), Milk (3/4 cup), Beef Broth (1 1/2 cups), and Fusilli Pasta (4 cups). Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium-low.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in Sour Cream (2/3 cup). Season to taste with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) and serve.
