Author's Notes

The cooking time of the pork chop might need to be adjusted accordingly to the thickness of the pork chop.

Cooking Instructions

In a tray with Pork Chops (4), season with Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) on both sides.

Slice Red Onion (1), Granny Smith Apple (1) and Honeycrisp Apple (1) into thin slices.

In the large pan, heat the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium-high heat. Once hot, add pork chop and sear for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Flip the pork and sear for 2-3 more minutes. Remove the pork and set it aside.

In the same pan over medium heat, melt the Butter (2 Tbsp). Then add onion and apples. Cook until soft, about 5-10 minutes.

Add Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs), and Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp). Cook for about 2 more minutes. Stir occasionally.

Bring the pork back to the pan. Warm the pork for about 2 more minutes.

Garnish with Fresh Thyme (1 sprig) and some Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig) on top. Serve
